Course Information

Take this core office technology class alone or combine with additional courses to achieve the administrative career you’ve always wanted. This powerful core course prepares students for entry-level positions in the clerical field. The requirements for some of the certificates possible are listed on page 3; e.g., Administrative Assistant, Full Charge Bookkeeper and Office Manager. The course focuses on keyboarding skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, business math, record keeping, business voca bulary, filing, telephone techniques, office procedures, and business communications. Basic computer knowledge required. 18 week course
